Frills & Irresponsible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bathroom would have been so nice if they had only cleaned it before we moved in
Cons:
-THEY DIDNT CLEAN THE APARTMENT BEFORE I
MOVED IN.
-the doors have electronic locks that sometimes malfunction and you have to wait for someone to come by and fix it and sometimes no one is working/responding to their phones
-walls thinner than paper
-over charged us to hell on heat (pretty sure they charged us for the building’s hallways)
Advice to owner:
-clean the units before people move in
-make sure your electric locks don’t lock people in their units
- review how you charge people for heat

Nice building, okay management

Cons:
had quite a few issues with heat/utilities, and management is slow with responses.

Descent sized apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large one and two bedroom apts only 2 apts on each floor make is super quiet and pet friendly!
Cons:
Having to pay for your own heat and laundry in the building are cons but you do control the heat so you can adjust you're likings..
Advice to owner:
Tenants shouldn't have to pay for the laundry service in the building if they're only two machines in each building..
