The water pressure is great and the above ground floors are nicely remodeled.
The basement floods constantly and has open sewage and black mold. Owner previously simply painted over. Tons of bugs from the open sewage. Neighbors are partying on the street non stop. Avoid like the plague unless you love sewage, bugs and loud AF neighbors.
Close the basement and don’t claim it’s finished
