Average experience all around
Pros
Apartments are spacious, neighborhood is amazing, and the units are rent stabilized.
Cons
The entrance hallway--very scary, never cleaned. Needs to be repainted. The units use base heating so the heating bills are ginormous especially considering all the units have at least one massive bedroom that is almost impossible to heat. The maintenance staff can also be a little more responsive.
Advice to the owners
Please clean the hallways and close any open tickets! Seems like maybe management or staff has changed and the service we are getting has lessened.

Pros
Huge Full floor apartment with lots of natural light. Large kitchen, separate dining area and big bedrooms. All for a very good price.
Cons
Not Renovated (if you consider that a negative). Upstair neighbors are a little loud due to not having carpet on their floors
Advice to the owners
Update the laundry machines in the basement and replace the air conditioner in the living room
