Well Managed Building

Pros:
Low energy bills, friendly part-time door person. No major issues while living here
Cons:
Really wish they would redo the elevator lobbies, the paint and stained carpet are awful. The disorganized trash issues are more of a neighbor issue than a building issue, but the staff is trying. There should be more than 4 washers and dryers for a building this large. New front door intercom system is awful: tenants haven't been given a code or fob.
Advice to owner:
Update the elevator lobbies, add another 1-2 washers and dryers.
