Nice floors, decent appliances, great sunlight, incredible block

Cons

front door is a bit quirky and doesn't always close. Packages have been known to be stolen, but Amazon has been better about leaving away from door

Plastic wood covering on cabinets is ugly

Prime location in Chelsea, quiet neighbors and street.

Cons

Expensive for what you get + gets dusty. In unit dryer doesn’t work too well.
