Pros
Building was well-maintained, super clean, and any issues with the apartment were always addressed quickly.
Cons
The landlord was authoritarian and overbearing, often acting like a drill sergeant. She once confronted a friend that came to visit me, to ask whom he was there to see, which felt intrusive. She is also rigid about recycling and wrongly accused me of improper disposal after seeing a receipt in the trash she thought had my name on it.

Be mindful of your demeanor with tenants.

Pros
Landlord takes good care of the property and quite responsive. No issues with pest since living here. Everyone who lives here is well-vetted and nice.
Cons
Landlord is very picky and monitors everything happening in the building very closely by cameras, which is helpful but sometimes a bit overbearing.
