Hands off Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pest Free, Quiet Street
Cons:
On your own for work orders
Advice to owner:
There needs to be a better system for placing work orders and maintenance. Our place was a mess when we moved in because the unit was neither cleaned nor repainted. We have ended up just fixing issues in our apartment on our own because no one seems to actually come to fix things.

We’ve overall enjoyed living here - it feels a lot more like a home because of the hands off management.

Two other areas of improvement:
1. The heat is always WAY too hot. Our thermometer read over 85 with the heat on in the winter. We run our AC all winter to balance out the heat.
2. The hot water is unreliable. Probably once a week I get in the shower to find we don’t have hot water.
