Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Harry Otterman illustrates a generally responsive ownership with attentive management and hardworking maintenance staff. Cleanliness and garbage management are mostly well handled, thoughsome properties face issues with pest control and consistent hot water supply. Heating systems are sometimes slow or unreliable, and noise levels vary depending on location. While neighbors are often described as friendly and the buildings are conveniently located near transit, there are occasional complaints about unruly residents and management communication barriers. Tenants appreciate affordability and space but advise improvements in garden upkeep, laundry facilities, and pest mitigation for a better living experience.
