Needs some improvements

Pros:
The 12 hr parking is great .
Cons:
I dont like the neighborhood, their is nothing close by and your car could get broken into at anytime at night and the pet policy should have stayed in place the animals make way too much noise and poop in the lobby ,the smoking on the stair case and people leaving side doors to the building open to let anyone in .
Advice to owner:
Stop throwing trash near the car they get scratched by them .
