Location, elevator, in unit laundry, dishwasher, spacious units, no issue with pests, responsive mgmt, lots of light despite N facing, rooftop with views of Manhattan

In general seems like it was designed by someone who has never lived in a building before. Strange angular rooms which make hanging drapes and fitting furniture difficult. Windows are not standard sizes and are not well insulated. While mgmt is generally responsive to tickets, they don’t adequately and/or quickly address issues. We’ve had issues with leaks and mold that were not addressed with any urgency. No preventive maintenance on appliances. Multiple neighbors water heaters have exploded causing floods. Updated 2/18/25 - note that building is in foreclosure
