Plagued my water pipe issue

Pros

The maintenance with fix small problems quickly.

Cons

The real infrastructure issues like the old pipes that leak constantly and deliver brown water are never resolved. The latest management and ownership left us to fend for ourselves when it came to legionnaires and for 3 months before remediation even started.

Advice to the owners

The Catholic Church has become a slum lord and continues to pretend they are godly when they treat their tenants terribly. They should be ashamed of themselves but it is obvious they do not adhere to any of the bible’s teachings. This a for profit enterprise disguised as a nonprofit charity.
