Cold and cramped

Landlord came quickly to look at the problems
Cons
Fixes were temporary and done by landlord, not handyman. Told the apartment was cold bc we were right above th e basement but there were holes in the floor by the heater that could have been sealed and werent. Roaches were a problem too. Also, the building walkway right by the entrance was so full of a tenemt’s junk you had to turn sideways to walk into the building. No package slot or key for mailman/deliveries. All packages left outside or taken to post office.
Advice to the owners
Invest in a handyman and a mailman key.
