Pros:
decent and small building with an elevator and nice views from the roof and some apartments. Garbage pick up is standard and is cleaned weekly or bi-weekly. Noise levels were low in our several years here.
Cons:
Not built with best materials and issues with flooring which were not resolved on the first try due to rushed labor. This lead to mold issues that were not addressed without us “leaving the apartment for a vacation” which was not on our agenda to do. Ant infestation that the super told us to “use salt” to take care of.

Great location. Super on site. Garbage and recycling taken care of daily

Needs updates, have to go to physically speak to super - no phone calls/texts, no laundry in building.

Super was so responsive and helpful. The mailboxes and package delivery was secure and organized.
Cons:
The walls are very thin. A lot of times, I had trouble sleeping.
