Inefficient Building Beware
Pros
Loved the size and layout of this gut renovation. Great natural light.
Cons
Horrible inefficient electrical system and insulation. Given there is a W/D, dishwasher and the heat is electric, we expected to pay around $200. Not the case. Our average bill was anywhere between $400 -$700 per month. Winters were the worst.
Advice to the owners
Lovely apartment but it is absolutely not worth the price given the average electric bill. Would not recommend this building to anyone.

Decent Place, Great Location
Pros
Loved the location in Clinton Hill. Quiet street. Nice neighbors who organized block parties.
Cons
Lots of roaches. Poor ventilation meant it would get very humid indoors sometimes. AC / heat did not reach all bedrooms. Bad water pressure.
