People were quick to fix things, great area, safe area, quiet and lots to do

Sometimes maintenance issues would be concerned a bit later than I'd like but it wasn't close to deal breaking.

Great apartment, great location.

Pros

Beautiful Apartment (#4E) for the price, relatively responsive management and well heated etc. No issues with bugs or anything and stayed there for 2 years (have a roommate who stayed for 3.

Cons

Upstairs bathroom flooded, which caused leaks in our kitchen ceiling, but management fixed it within a day or two (honestly blame upstairs) Was very hot in the winter (which was fine) Mirror hinges were a bit messed up in the bathrooms but were fixed
