Pros

super nice, well maintained. always space in the laundry room. location can’t be beat

Cons

i’ve seen a pest once or twice, the super WILL NOT respond outside of a very limited window, and the units are veryyyy small with thin walls

Advice to the owners

try to have a better emergency contact if super isn’t going to respond
