Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants consistently praise Steven Dunaif's buildings for cleanliness, well-maintained common areas, and attentive landlords responsive to issues, especially pest control. The buildings offer good heating and solid water pressure, with many appreciating the quiet atmosphere despite some noise from the neighborhood. However, renters note occasional management unresponsiveness, particularly regarding noise complaints and package theft. Rat problems near trash areas have been mentioned but are actively monitored. Rent levels tend to be on the higher side, sometimes with steep increases, which some tenants question. Overall, management is seen as generally proactive but could improve communication and tenant relations.

Well run building

Pros

Regular visits from pest inspector just to check that no one has seen anything. Very clean building.

Cons

The prices are on the high end even for this neighborhood. I think it's because of all the little things they do mentioned above but ultimately I decided it wasn't worth it to stay.

Cons

There have been a couple messes made I’m the stairwell that too several days to get dealt with
