Southern exposure apartment with management that is courte
Pros
Great management that listened to my needs and understood all, lovely layout of the aprtment and kept very clean, so that upon entering, I had nothing to do but unpack. Parking not as big an issue as you would think, despite it being in an area where the
Cons
Can be a bit noisy at times due to the location on Northern Boulevard, but not horrible due to fore.
Advice to the owners
In the future, see if the windows installed can be sound deadening to further offset n.
