Lazy Pest Control

Timely maintenance and daily grounds workers.

Cons

The apartment stopped doing regular pest control about two years ago, leaving it up to individual apartments to call in and schedule spraying. The building definitely has a roach infestation now and I have to fight to keep them under control. This is my only reason for moving.

Advice to the owners

Go back to management handling pest control and don’t leave it up to the tenants. This is ridiculous.
