Good NYC Starter Apartment
Pros
-Location- super close to Q and 6 trains -Landlord is on top of pest management and sends exterminators regularly -Easy to get in touch with landlord and super
Cons
-Trash kept inside. Major ew -Major variability in apartment quality. I got lucky but other units were really gnarly -The inside- hallways mainly are kind of scary looking
