Quiet building, great super, pet friendly, responsive landlord. No one cares about anything which could be beneficial or detrimental depending on your needs.
Management doesn’t uphold their promises. Never repair anything, everything is always “ordered” “will be fixed next week”. Washers been broken for months… dishwashers leak, roaches and mice.
