Pros

The owners are pretty hands-off but the super lives on-site so he’s incredibly responsive and helpful with any issues.

A smelly stairwell and old appliances but that’s par for the course in NYC

Straightforward and easy to work with

Pros

The building's location is great. It's prime UES and leaves you in a central location to get anywhere in Manhattan but also all of the surrounding boroughs. Parking is also very doable here - a pain like anywhere in the city but you can figure it out.
