Older Walkup in the Heights

Pros

Cheap rent, close to 1 Train. Good food in area.

Cons

No Elevator, Poorly maintained Building, Plumbing Consistently breaking down, Building has had packages stolen along with poor camera coverage. Super does not is clean or santize building and is late to respond to repairs. The building is across from a Warehouse so theres always issue with parking and trucks.

Advice to the owners

Building needs a new super and better care of the lobby so it can have cleaner safer appearance.
