Great buildings that need renovation! 
Pros
Friendly neighbors. Hidden private playground & garden . Beautiful and spacious apartments. 
Cons
No fire escapes. Rodent infested. (Roaches & mice) Management usually takes very long to make fixes and adjustments. And lastly people in the management office are slightly rude. 
Advice to the owners
My advice to this property owner would be .. to use the money to renovate these buildings because they are wonderfully built. And please hire an Exterminator!!! Before you guys find a lawsuit on your hands ( are used to hear the mice chewing through my walls) And second find a better team for your management office because the one that you currently have are very unprofessional.
