Charming building great location great views
Cons:
Unresponsive owner no live in super coop complications

A really good East Village life experience

Pros:
The building is really well located and close to lots of restaurants, bars, distractions in East Village.
Cons:
The fact this building has such a good locations for NY night life makes it difficult in term of noise.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the building and make it sound proof

Decent building for east village

Quiet in the back
Cons:
It’s old- and crusty. One time there was a water breach and I didn’t have any clean water for a few days.

There is a garden in the back that tenants aren’t allowed to use.
Advice to owner:
Please let the tenants use the back yard area.
