Former tenant·5 minutes ago

Worst of the worst

Pros

A few of the staff members are nice people. The lobby is nice.

Cons

Some of the staff people are rude and disrespectful of residents. Woodstock Tower building staff took a recording of me while I was in my apartment without my knowledge. Excessive repairs/construction in and on the building.

Advice to the owners

Do better.

Former tenant·7 months ago

gorgeous historic building, ruined by giant waterbug infestation

Pros

beautiful historic apts, gym and garden on site, location, views

Cons

Rude super and staff who went inside my apt without my permission for a non-emergency reason and then harassed me about a bundle of sage, acting like they found drugs! I finally moved out after they repaired the pipes for my toilet and I found 6 giant waterbugs in 36 hours afterwards, thats 1 bug every 6 hours! I paid my rent on time and tipped the staff every holiday season, to be treated like that was beyond disgusting.

Advice to the owners

Get rid of the rude super and bugs
