Nice apartment, unfortunate mouse problem

Spacious apartment, responsive management and super, good value for the price

Cons

Really bad mouse problem, stemming from the basement where trash was kept, wall units for heat meant very costly energy bills and ineffective for heating up large spaces like the living room
