Very responsive management and super, no complaints

- Management is very responsive; so is the super and handyman - Building is clean and overall well maintained - especially for it's age

- Occasional roach

Nice Place, Decent Live-In Super, Good Block
Pros
Quiet building, the package area is a nice touch, in-building laundry, laundry next door, coffee shop next door.
Cons
Not much to dislike, floors could have been in better shape but it was a great sized studio for the price. Tried to charge me a late move fee after the legal 14 days but once I pointed it out in the lease they sent me the full amount.
