Slum with Truly Terrible Management

Pros

Very little, but nice location

Cons

Ceiling constantly fell down, literally fell down, and was plastered over only to fall down again from water damage that was never fixed (a leaking radiator). Once the stairs fells down. There were loose nails all over the floorboard. Constant mice issues. This sounds like I'm joking, but it was truly like that. Three different parts of the ceiling fell down in three different areas, and were never fixed. The super made it sound like we were asking for favors when we asked for it to be fixed, and got angry if we pressured him to fix time sensitive things like water openly dripping from the ceiling onto our bed. Building manager got mad because I called him once. Call the super, he said. Owner? Who even know who that is.

Advice to the owners

Maybe be a human being and treat the people in your building like humans.
