Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by David Lloyd indicate a mixed experience for tenants. Many appreciate the modern, well-maintained apartments and friendly neighbors, but issues with noise levels and responsiveness from management have been frequent concerns. Cleanliness and garbage management seem to vary significantly across units, with some building’s upkeep lacking attention. While some enjoy the renovations and strong water pressure, others have faced heating and pest control problems. Overall, expectations should be tempered with the understanding that while some properties may offer charm, others can present significant challenges.

Great location & modern walkup

Pros

Apartment is recently renovated, and building is well maintained

Cons

Street facing will be loud

Don’t Live Here: TOO LOUD

Pros

Nice finishes and good location

Cons

You will not be able to sleep. When I mean it’s loud I mean you can hear people talking outside. Trucks at night. The windows they installed are horrendous
