Overall lovely building

Pros

Cute little apartments, management is responsive and nice.

Cons

We’ve had mice a few times and the building dealt with it quickly but was tough. Laundry in basement often eats quarters and breaks down. Front door has issues sometimes.

Advice to the owners

Just work on preventing mice
