Unresponsiveness Landlord for a Decent Building
Pros
Decent buildings with decent units. Most units are larger than your average NYC apartment.
Cons
Very noisy corner from people outside and the vehicles on the street. Landlord and owners are completely unresponsiveness. The super is great but unfortunately he also has to deal with them so it will also affect how much it how quickly he can help you out. Only Spectrum is available for internet even though multiple companies have been contacting the owner and landlord in order to get service to the building.
Advice to the owners
Pick up the phone. Care.
