They need to do better

Pros:
Fairly modern, new appliances and large bathroom
Cons:
Hair salon downstairs, metro north outside window, overpriced and underserviced

Pros:
There are a few apartments per floor and the elevator works on a regular basis, don't have to wait too long. Monthly spray for pest control.
Cons:
The super is not really responsive, only in emergency situations where there is water flooding, etc. The maintenance on the building has gone down over the years. Heating, hot water, water charges, and trash are not included in rent. They are small apartments and sometimes the Coned bill is really high for such a small space, doesn't really make sense.
