Pros
Management and the super are great. They've been extremely responsive and helpful with everything. The location is fabulous, and the price is great for the area. Our apartment is also really spacious. We've loved living here!
Cons
Walk Up. The trash area is outside, which can be a bit inconvenient. We had two cockroaches once over the summer, but the super took care of it right away and (knock on wood) I haven't seen one since. The virtual doorman generally works well. I've rarely felt unsafe, though you do sometimes see some characters around the building.

Building management are very responsive Amenities are kept well (laundry, package room) and common areas (stairwells, courtyard) are very clean Overall great location, apartment was well equipped and kept to a high standard
Cons
Not the most recently renovated, ie slightly dated kitchen / bathroom Floorboards are creaky honestly not a lot of complaints, overall very positive experience
