Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Dan Lee highlights a generally strong management presence marked by timely responsiveness and proactive maintenance efforts, especially concerning cleanliness and pest control. Tenants appreciate consistent upkeep and the building's proximity to transit, though older buildings may lack some modern amenities like in-unit laundry. Noise disturbances, particularly near shelters or nightlife venues, are noted drawbacks and affect residents’ sleep quality. Garbage management varies by location but is mostly well handled. Overall, management earns tenant approval for addressing concerns promptly; however, noise and aging infrastructure remain challenges to consider.

A True Gem

Pros

Cons

- Next to women's homeless shelter. I never felt unsafe though but sometimes you hear some noise coming from them.
