Former tenant·1 hour ago

No heat & hot water

Pros

Good size apartment and never any issues with pests.

Cons

The hot water and heat is so unreliable. There was atleast 30 days this year where I either had to take a freezing cold shower or go to my friends apartment. In the winter the heat and hot water would go out at the same time & management would not answer for several days. When they did reply they said they’d fix the issue but its obvious they do not care to find a real solution to this problem.

Advice to the owners

You should have heat & hot water year round!!!!

No heat hot water/awful management

Pros

- good area - no pests - washer/dryer in unit

Cons

-you will go WEEKS of no heat/hot water and management will say they're fixing it, but don't do anything about it -super noisy - management will not fix major problems and will try to gaslight you

Advice to the owners

make sure your tenants have heat and hot water!!!!!!! respond to them!!!
