Infested, Outdated, and Poorly Managed

Pros

Pros The only positive is the location it’s close to public transportation and shops.

Cons

The building has roaches and mice. Appliances are old and barely work. Management is greedy, unresponsive, and more focused on raising rent than fixing serious issue

Advice to the property owner Invest in proper pest control, update the appliances, and start treating tenants with respect. Ignoring basic living conditions while constantly increasing rent is unacceptable.

Trash management is often a problem—there are rats and other pests in the basement. Packages get stolen.
