Good but poor management

Nice sized apartments, decent rent

Landlord was extremely slow to resolve issues, even ones that were life threatening (flooding/water damage/mold). Eventually made us pay the majority of the cost of repairs

Great location, large rooms.

Cons

Water damage that the owners do not fix, they put a bandaid over the issue and do not resolve the source and there's mold behind the walls that are leaking. You can hear rubble fall down the wall and the ceilings have cracks in them that they paint over.
