Pest problem is not worth it
Pros
The appliances are nice and the location to the train is good.
Cons
We had a bed bug problem for MONTHS that management did not care about. The bugs were living in the walls between apartments and they wouldn’t do anything to inspect or treat the neighboring apartments. Management is difficult to deal with and communicate with. We had to move just to escape the infestation

Pest Control Non Existent
Pros
Good location close to many major subway lines. Close to good food. Quiet and safe area.
Cons
Pest control non existent. German roaches infested in the building either due to unclean neighbors or bad pest control. Probably due to neighbors.
Advice to the owners
Ensure all owners are taking care of their unit.
