Former tenant·just now

The superintendent does what he is told

Pros

The lack of Management and Accountability for building management is the worse ever, how the superintendent was downstairs speaking to Emilio and they told the superintendent to paint and clean up the last tenants so they can rent it out what happened to the tenants that filled complaints and the problem is still not fixed and hod closes the case without it being fixed or attentive when it rains 5A and 4A starts to rain inside of their apartments 5b has less than 1/8 lines of the ceiling and son’s room has a few bad cracks,4c left there section 8 behind and someone has been there making to much noise, 2B, and 3B every time one has a leak the other one has it but again you call 311 and they close these cases. Speaking to Emilio and management is the worse ever 3c rust in bathtub and in need of repairs the tenant has seizures and bad vision on the left eye blinds and documentation, and there is no intercom and broken second door and 1A and 1B bathtubs repair management office says that there is no money to fix anything they need to repair what is wrong and money or funds should not be discussed with the tenants

Cons

This is a small family oriented building that has come down everyone has been arguing about nonsense and Emilio has said that Acasia management has no funds this is a safety hazard from 5A and everyone has to be patient but management sucks and needs to stop sending people about what is the cheapest company to work with because the winter is here and we had no heat towards the ending of last winter and I know it’s not yet been working.

Advice to the owners

Management needs to stop sitting back and listen to these tenants and who comes and goes they need to start moving forward to each sites so they can see what is going on some people stop paying rent and some live rent free and stop having conversations that are not working like we have no funds that is not working everybody else has been arguing with the superintendent now nothing gets done because the superintendent is getting yelled out because of negligence of the situation for 5 years Broken doors and it rains in one apartment it rains in all apartments
