- Walk-up / No Elevator - Energy Rating: F - Roaches - Infestation of Rats on premises - Trash Pile Violation by HPD (still in progress) - Fire Marshall Violation due to Trash Pile - MacGyver / temporary fixes. Owners tried to be slick and have the workers remove part of the trash bags in an outdoor enclosed space to the back of the building/alleyway so as not to get caught by HPD during inspection. You can visibly see the trash piles through the alleyway on 4211 College Point Blvd
Advice to the owners
Address the HPD Complaints regarding the trash piles in the outdoor dwelling that is full of broken down pieces of wood and furniture and the abundance of black bags impeding with the fire escapes. All this trash has brought upon rats, rodents and roaches; not to mention the feces they lay around. Also, remove the trash you have allowed your contractors to place in the back building alleyway. You had them move those trash bags in the outdoor trash area to the back building so as not to get caught by HPD during inspection.
