Great Starter Apartment
Pros
Only saw one cockroach in almost a year of living here, and it was dead in the lobby. The apartments have nice finishes and used to be affordable.
Cons
They raised our rent $800 a month, after not responding to our requests to fix our washer/dryer all year. The washer never really worked, and anytime we tried to drain it, it would flood.
Advice to the owners
Please turn on the heat earlier in the year and replace the washer/dryer ma

Raised rent $1,000 in 2 years for a 3 bed, smoke shop opened downstairs which was SO loud. We filed multiple complaints they did nothing. Management was so rude and yelled at me on the phone. Building was foreclosed while living there than bought out by same family. Has happened before
