Lenox Hill Living

Pros

The Super, Jan, is the greatest Super ever. He did everything he could to help us whenever needed. When we had mice, he came quickly with multiple solutions to temporarily fix the issue before he solved it for good. The apartment is cute, it stays warm. Water pressure rocks.

Cons

The owner definitely did not care too much about the safety of individuals given that my oven was dangerously old and I mentioned concerns about it to maintenance many times. There is very little natural light. Mice are near.
