A responsive super and a (c) openigloo generally hassle-free building
Cons:
The block itself is loud (c) openigloo - lots of overnight idling (c) openigloo trucks doing restaurant deliveries really (c) openigloo disrupted by sleep.
Advice to owner:
better insulated windows (for both sound and temperature)
Great location. Terrible if you want to keep any packages that arrive.

Pests(Roaches), even though they provide (c) openigloo an exterminator monthly. Very loud (c) openigloo neighbors who play music nonstop (c) openigloo in the building and just (c) openigloo outside. No heat at times (c) openigloo when needed, excessive heat when (c) openigloo it's not needed. etc.

Stop favoring some tenants who people keep reporting

Building is old and not (c) openigloo well maintained
Advice to owner:
Needs better maintenance, cockroaches, rats, and the plumbing is horrible. It’s rain inside sometimes, the sealing fell out one time. And they usually take long to fix.
