Regular pest control, rockstar grounds crew who manage trash very well (despite disrespectful tenants).

Great place to live to get by

Great neighbors, great handymen, convenient location

Lobby always dirty, packages constantly being stolen, lack of response from management, lack of updating appliances and fixing small issues like cracks, leaks, broken doorknobs, etc.
