Exactly What You'd Expect With Low Budget
Pros
Located in an excellent neighborhood. More affordable than most other apartments in the area. There's a gym in the apartment. Very fast to make repairs. Great place for students.
Cons
Limited washing machine and dryers, and one of the units is almost always not working. The space for a studio is incredibly small, but that's the trade off. The landlord tried to claim most of the security deposit for damage that did not rise to that amount of money, and to which the landlord was responsible for repairing. I ended up getting it back, but had to first file a lawsuit in Small Claims Court.

Good apartment for young people
Pros
- Lots of young people around - Convenient to subway and shopping nearby - Very inexpensive for the area
Cons
- Mailroom has very limited hours - Occasional pests
