Nice building, difficult landlords

Pros

Solid space, well built, but wo too many amenities (washing machine). Nice outdoor spaces, big living room

Cons

Not enough light, landlords not responsive about things to fix. Landlord pretends to be ‘mom and pop’ nice when its to their advantage, but then doesnt care at all when its not. Landlord raised the rent 40%, so we left. Landlord messages are pretty aggressive

Fix stuff faster, be nicer in emails
