Management sucks and neighborhood sucks

Pros

Building is relatively new and the neighbors in the building are for the most part nice and quiet. The super is pretty amazing

Cons

We have an F for efficiency rating and the heating/AC units in most if the apartments don't work. Management took over 1 year to take care of 1 of the non working AC units and never addressed the other. Woth the inefficiencies my con Edison bill was literally $1000/months. Outrageous. There's always homeless people outside shooting up and they get into the building constantly. We even saw one pick the locks to the building and steal out package (we asked the super to see what happened to out stolen package)... guess what nothing was done about it. It's super unsafe because who knows what else they could do roaming the building like that.
