Good for price!

Pros

We’ve largely had a good experience! The super is generally quite responsive and on top of things and I do think we have an excellent deal for what we pay. The roof is gorgeous, the building has beautiful character and in unit laundry is of course clutch. Compared to my other NYC rental experiences our experiences with management and any problems we’ve encountered have been relatively smooth!

Cons

There was some package theft issues and we have one awful neighbor who we’ve had to speak to management about repeatedly but nothing has changed.
