The super ain’t good at all he don’t fix wen it needs to

Things i like wen the building was very clean
Cons
The super don’t fix at all, the hallway now they not clean how it used to be , i see alots of roaches in the staircase we need a new super for this build if ya don’t get a new super this building it’s gonna continue being dirty
Advice to the owners
Hired a new super he don’t like to clean or fix the apartment wen is requested it’s always in issue with him for fixing it’s time for some one new that could take over and fix

It’s dirty, a lot of drug addict in the halls and people sleep ,urinating and sexual conduct in the stairwell
Advice to the owners
Stop allowing so many drug addicts to be around kids
